Leeds United will complete the signing of former West Ham striker Brian Montenegro tomorrow, with the Paraguayan set to take his medical with the Championship club.

The Yorkshire giants have thrashed out a deal for Montenegro with his club side Nacional, which will see the 21-year-old once again taste English football.

Montenegro, who can also operate as a winger, spent the 2011/12 campaign on loan at West Ham, but could not convince the Hammers to sign him on a permanent basis.

Now he will join the Massimo Cellino revolution at Elland Road.

According to Italian outlet Calcio Mercato, Montenegro will have his medical with Leeds tomorrow, before putting pen to paper on a contract with the English side.

The club are also on the lookout for a new manager, having sacked David Hockaday due to a string of poor results.
