Manchester United are selling Danny Welbeck to Arsenal for a fee of £16m.

Welbeck has been strongly linked with the Old Trafford exit door and has been at Arsenal's training ground today ahead of a potential move.

A deal between the two clubs has appeared to be on and then off, and then on again.

It had also been suggested that the move will be a loan but now, according to multiple reports, it will be a permanent deal with Arsenal paying Manchester United £16m to sign Welbeck.

The striker has been declared surplus to requirements at Manchester United by boss Louis van Gaal.
