Bosnian striker Vedad Ibisevic has confirmed that Bundesliga side Stuttgart blocked a summer move for him although he had good offers from West Ham and Trabzonspor.

The 30-year-old, who joined the German outfit in 2012 from Hoffenheim, has three years left on his contract with Stuttgart.

West Ham, who were scouring the market for good strikers this summer, identified the experienced Bosnian as a key target.

Ibisevic confirmed that he received good offers from the Hammers as well as Turkish outfit Trabzonspor, but Stuttgart blocked the transfer.

“West Ham and Trabzonspor contacted me and offered spectacular terms”, Ibisevic was quoted as saying by Tutto Mercato.
