Ajax defender Ricardo van Rhijn claims he is not in any way worried about the prospect of stopping Zlatan Ibrahimovic on Wednesday evening.

The Dutch champions lock horns with Ibrahimovic's Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League and will be aiming to pull off a shock.

To have any chance of putting PSG to the sword Ajax are likely to have to keep Ibrahimovic quiet on the night – and that will be one of Van Rhijn's jobs.

But the 23-year-old Netherlands international is losing no sleep over the prospect of going head to head with one of the most highly rated strikers in world football.

"I am absolutely not afraid of Zlatan", he told RTV Noord-Holland.

Van Rhijn is a product of Ajax's esteemed youth system and has long been tipped for the top.

Indeed, the defender represented the Netherlands at every age level before making his senior debut for the Oranje in 2012.
