Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao has insisted that his team will improve continuously as the new boys start feeling more comfortable with the surroundings at the club.

The Colombian came on as a substitute as Louis van Gaal's team registered their first win this season by beating Queens Park Rangers 4-0 at Old Trafford in a Premier League fixture yesterday.

Debutants Marcos Rojo and Daley Blind impressed with their passing game, while another new signing Angel di Maria scored his first goal for the team, proving yet again why Manchester United spent so much money to bring him to Old Trafford.

Falcao, who is also new to the club, believes that the win is just the beginning of good things to come for the Red Devils as the new players start becoming accustomed to the surroundings.

"Bit by bit we will gel together as a team and the new players will feel more comfortable", Falcao told his club's official site.

"I hope everything continues for us like it did on Sunday."

The 28-year-old joined Manchester United on season-long loan deal from Monaco with an option for the club to make it permanent next summer for a fee of €55m.

He managed a total of 11 goals for French outfit Monaco last season, having played 19 matches.
