Arsenal defender Laurent Koscielny has dismissed any thought that the Yellow Wall of supporters at Borussia Dortmund will be able to influence the outcome of tonight's Champions League clash between the Gunners and Jurgen Klopp's men.

Dortmund's fearsome atmosphere on home turf is regularly credited as giving the Bundesliga side an edge in European competition. And Koscielny is well aware of the cauldron of noise generated.

The Arsenal defender does not believe it will influence the outcome on the night however, especially as he pointed out that once the game is under way, players can quickly block out the noise and concentrate on the job at hand.

"The stadium is amazing", he told his club's site.

"The fans are crazy. They are behind their team during the whole game.

"So we know these stadiums and we know the atmosphere", the Frenchman continued.

"We play without pressure, so the most important thing is to win the game.

"When you play you don’t hear the songs in the stand, so we just have to be focused on our game and winning."

Arsenal were drawn in the same group as Dortmund last season and finished second in the section, behind the Bundesliga outfit.
