Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has insisted that he wouldn't swap his squad for any other in Europe, despite the Spanish giants enduring a horror start to the season.

Los Blancos, who will begin the defence of their Champions League crown against FC Basel tonight, are already six points behind leaders Barcelona in La Liga, following consecutive defeats at the hands of Real Sociedad and Atletico Madrid.

However Ancelotti, who sold important players Angel di Maria and Xabi Alonso in the summer, still feels Real Madrid have a competitive enough squad to win the continental tournament this term as well.

But the Italian tactician was quick to underline the importance of his side starting the competition in a positive way.

“I feel like a coach who has to fix things. It's important to start this competition well”, Ancelotti told UEFA’s official site.
