Partizan Belgrade manager Marko Nikolic has insisted that his side have not set any goals for the Europa League this season.

Partizan will host Tottenham in a Europa League Group C fixture at the Partizan Stadium later tonight. The other two teams in the group are Turkish side Besiktas and Greek outfit Asteras Tripolis.

Although they don’t have any clear goals for the tournament, the Partizan manager claimed that they will try to give their best and win as many games as possible.

He further added that the Europa League is a good opportunity for some of the young players in his squad to taste top class European football.

"We don't want to be spectators in this competition", Nikolic told UEFA. "We will try to get a good result and I have complete faith in my team.

"This will be a good opportunity for the younger players to make their names in an international competition. We do not have any clear aims or promises to make, but without doubt we will try to win every match."

The Partizan manager expects Tottenham to play good football ahead of their clash tonight, with an inventive attack and solid defence.

"They are very good at keeping possession, are well-organised and play some direct football", Nikolic noted.

"We expect good attacking play and calm defending from them."
