Leicester City boss Nigel Pearson is wary of the threat Manchester United will pose his side on Sunday when they visit the King Power Stadium.

Pearson paid close attention to Manchester United's 4-0 drubbing of QPR at Old Trafford last weekend and believes they have their "swagger" back under Louis van Gaal.

The Foxes have already held one top team at the King Power Stadium, restricting Arsenal to a 1-1 draw.

However, Pearson is fully aware of the quality Van Gaal has at his disposal following a £150m summer spending spree.

"United look like they have a swagger back, they have added quality. Whenever there is a change in manager you can have people who have a short-term impact", the Leicester boss was quoted as saying by ITV.

"When you have someone in charge for as long as Sir Alex [Ferguson] the transition period will never be easy.

"They have been a huge presence within the English game for a long time. I'm sure they will reignite that at some point."

Leicester grabbed a 1-0 win away at Stoke last weekend.
