Carlos Tevez has saluted a hard-fought win for Juventus over AC Milan last night, with the Argentine scoring the only goal of the game at the San Siro.

Tevez struck in the 71st minute to secure all three points for Massimiliano Allegri's men, while also inflicting upon AC Milan a first defeat of the season.

The clash was tough, Tevez admits, while being delighted to have helped the Bianconeri secure victory.

"It was a good game", he said post-match.

"We knew it wouldn't be easy because they won their opening two matches."

Allegri was also pleased after the match, but expressed his view that Paul Pogba could do better.

"I get angry a lot at Paul Pogba because he has great potential, but I think he isn't vocal enough", the Juventus coach said.

"But I know he's 21 years old and he has time for that."

Next up for Juventus is an away clash against Atalanta next weekend.
