Aston Villa midfielder Tom Cleverley has insisted that he is relishing playing alongside Fabian Delph and Ashley Westwood.

The 25-year-old, who joined the Villains from Manchester United on a season-long loan deal during the summer transfer window, has forged a decent partnership with Delph and Westwood in the centre of the park.

The trio’s industrial displays have reaped benefits for Paul Lambert’s side in the present campaign as they currently find themselves sixth in the Premier League table with 10 points from six games.

And Cleverley, who explained that he is enjoying his time at Villa Park, feels his partnership with Delph and Westwood will prosper further as the season progresses.

"It's been brilliant here. Everyone at the club has welcomed me really well”, he told the Villains’ official site.
