15-year-old sensation Martin Odegaard has continued his march up football's ladder by being called up to the Norway squad for the country's Euro 2016 qualifiers against Malta and Bulgaria in October.

Odegaard became the youngest ever player to represent Norway last month, when he turned out in a friendly against the United Arab Emirates.

However, he could now make his competitive debut when Norway take on Malta and Bulgaria in their attempt to move towards qualification for Euro 2016.

At club level Odegaard currently turns out for Stromsgodset, however he has been linked with a who's who of Europe's elite.

From England both Liverpool and Manchester United have been credited with an interest in the midfielder, while Ajax are keen for him to continue his education in the Netherlands.
