Leeds United have received a boost after the bureaucratic issue surrounding loan signing Adryan was resolved today.

The Whites snapped up Adryan on loan from Brazilian giants Flamengo, convincing Cagliari to end their own loan deal with the midfielder's parent club, and with an option to make the youngster's move permanent should he impress.

But Adryan is still waiting for his Leeds debut and a bureaucratic issue left the English club unwilling to throw him into action until it was resolved.

Sporting director Nicola Salerno admitted just last week: "There are still bureaucratic details to be resolved, the boy, he is in training."

Now, according to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, there is a resolution to the saga, with Leeds receiving a document they needed from Flamengo.

The document was originally in Portuguese, but Leeds needed it in English, hence a further delay.

It is thought that one of the points in the document related to a potential discount over a permanent move for Adryan to Elland Road.

Leeds have the option to keep Adryan at the club permanently for €3m, payable in installments.

And the road is now clear for Adryan to make his debut for Leeds, who are in action this evening at home against Reading in the Championship.
