Darko Milanic insists Leeds United will not underestimate Reading in their Championship fixture at Elland Road this evening.

Reading arrive in Yorkshire looking to make Milanic's opening spell at Leeds a miserable one, with the Slovenian tactician having tasted defeat in his first game in charge of the Whites on Saturday, going down 2-0 away at Brentford.

Milanic has done his homework on the Royals however and expects to face a tough side, having already briefed his players on the key threats posed by the opposition.

"I saw the games of Reading. They are very good, they play very quick football", Milanic explained to LUTV.

"They have some very good players we've spoken about."

And while shutting Reading down is one aim the Leeds boss has, he is keen to move beyond that and look to claim three points.

"We have to find a way in the game to win", he added.

Leeds' recent record against Reading is poor, with four draws and four defeats in their last eight meetings with the Royals.
