Adryan could be in line to make his debut for Leeds United this weekend against Sheffield Wednesday after Darko Milanic admitted he is thinking about including the Brazilian.

A bureaucratic issue had left Leeds unwilling to throw their summer signing into action, with Adryan restricted to matches with the club's Under-21 side.

However, that has now been resolved and the youngster, on loan at Leeds from Flamengo and with a purchase option set at €3m, is now coming into the mix for senior duty.

Asked about Adryan at a press conference following Leeds' 0-0 draw with Reading last night, boss Milanic said: "On Monday he played with the Under-21 team and he did very well. That means that he is ready.

"He played well. I saw him for the first time and I am thinking about him", the Slovenian added.
