Leeds United legend Eddie Gray believes the club must improve going forward if they are to stand any chance of enjoying a successful season in the Championship.

The Whites drew 0-0 against Reading at Elland Road last night in a match in which they had few opportunities in the final third.

The game also marked Darko Milanic's first at home in charge of the club and, combined with last weekend's 2-0 defeat at Brentford, means the Slovenian is still waiting for his first goal as Leeds boss.

And Gray, while being happy Leeds kept a clean sheet, feels attacking improvement is needed.

"Whatever way you look at it a clean sheet is a clean sheet. You've got to give them credit for that, but if we're going to do anything this year we'll definitely have to improve going forward", he told LUTV.

"And just decision making, in and around the box. When to pass it, how to pass it", he added.
