Aston Villa midfielder Charles N'Zogbia wants his side to bounce back in the Premier League, following their recent disappointments.

The Villains, who are currently 10th in the standings with 10 points from seven games, have had a tough run in the Premier League recently.

Paul Lambert’s side faced last season’s top four teams – Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City  – in consecutive fixtures.

Although Aston Villa managed to defeat Liverpool, they lost their next three games against the heavyweight teams, which marred the club’s good start to the season.

However N’Zogbia, whose side will next face Everton at Goodison Park on Saturday, called on the Villa Park outfit to remain focused for the rest of the lengthy season.

"We had a really good start to the season. We did really well”, he told his club’s official site.

"Then we played against the big teams like Arsenal, Chelsea, Man City and Liverpool. It was a big challenge for us.

"We had a tough part of the season. Now we just have to stay focused on what is coming.

"We want to start again and make sure we bounce back.

"We have to remain focused on the season because it will be long.”

N’Zogbia, who joined Aston Villa from Wigan Athletic in 2011, has thus far featured in the club’s all seven Premier League fixtures this season.
