Darko Milanic has insisted that his Leeds United side still lacks experience, something he believes their Tuesday opponents Norwich City have in abundance.

The Slovenian manager is still waiting for his first win as Leeds boss after presiding over two draws and two defeats, the latest being a 2-1 reverse away at Rotherham on Friday night.

He takes his side to fourth placed Norwich on Tuesday evening in a Championship clash, looking to clock up a valuable win, but Milanic is wary of the fact his men still lack experience.

"It is normal that we shouldn't forget that the team is very young. There are some players who don't have much experience", he told LUTV.

"When we compare ourselves to our opponents then maybe in this moment they have a little bit more experience.

"Everyone knows that Norwich is a very good team. They have experienced players of high quality and are quick."

Milanic also feels that Norwich boss Neil Adams may opt to change his system when the Whites visit Carrow Road, something he insists his men will be ready to counter.

"We also heard about the head coach who wants to change the systems and strategy of the play and we are prepared."
