IFK Goteborg striker Lasse Vibe believes he has little chance of being crowned the best striker by the Swedish Football Association due to the presence of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Vibe is Danish, but is eligible to win the award by virtue of the fact he plays in Sweden's top flight. However, Swedish players outside Sweden can also win and Ibrahimovic is on the shortlist.

Vibe and Ibrahimovic are joined on the shortlist for the award by Malmo's Markus Rosenberg.

Ibrahimovic has won the award for eight of the last nine years and Vibe does not see any end to the Paris Saint-Germain striker's domination.

"I do not think I can win", Vibe told Danish daily BT.

"There is only one person who can win the award and that is Zlatan.

"He is number one in Sweden and he comes before the King.

"He is also on the stamps here and that says it all.

"It's quite stupid how big he is."

Vibe has so far hit 21 goals in the Swedish top flight this term, to top the scoring charts.
