Paul Pogba feels Juventus need to be more clinical in the Champions League to achieve the desired results.

The Italian champions suffered a shock 1-0 defeat at the hand of Olympiacos at the Karaiskakis Stadium last night.

Former Fulham man Pajtim Kasami scored in the first half and even though they had 17 attempts on goal, the Bianconeri failed to find the back of the net for the rest of the match.

And Pogba feels Juventus need to be more clinical and composed in front of the goal. He said that they cannot hope to win games and qualify for the knockout round if they fail to find the back of the net.

The Frenchman also added that Juventus need to learn to seize the initiative in Europe as unlike in Italy, teams won’t sit back and allow them time on the ball.

"We must be more clinical in Europe”, Pogba told the club’s official site.

“If we don’t score goals, we can’t win matches and we’re not going to qualify for the knockout stages. We need to be stronger in that respect.

“All the teams in the Champions League are strong. They play to score and to win, not to defend like some teams in Italy do. They don’t leave you any space to play in, either.

“Maybe we’re just not used to it and it's something we need to improve", added the French international.

Juventus have slipped down to third in Group A behind Olympiacos and Atletico Madrid.
