Inter Milan boss Walter Mazzarri insists that his players need to give everything for the club if they want to improve on their performances this season.

The Nerazzurri are presently on a three-match unbeaten run and are scheduled to play Parma this weekend.

The 53-year-old manager though insists that there is still scope for improvement if they are to ensure an improved finish by the end of the Serie A campaign.

"I'm always telling the lads, we need to play like Inter", Mazzarri told his club's official site.

"We have to improve in terms of our mentality and play the same football we've produced over the last three matches.

"I've always tried to make sure outside events don't have an impact on the team. We need to give everything for this club."

Speaking about their Saturday's opponents, the former Napoli boss added that the Crociati are "awkward opponents" and his players need to think like Inter in order to ensure a positive result.

"We know Parma are awkward opponents, but we're Inter and we need to think like Inter. I'm always telling the lads that."

Inter Milan are currently placed eighth in the league with 15 points from nine matches.
