Portuguese champions Benfica have been linked with making a move for Manchester United goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard.

The Danish custodian was looking for the Old Trafford exit door in the summer due to a lack of playing time, with Scottish giants Celtic interested in a deal.

However, the Bhoys' exit from the Champions League saw interest in Lindegaard cool.

Now, with the January transfer window approaching, the Dane is again being linked with leaving Manchester United.
