Leeds United boss Neil Redfearn has admitted he expects there to be significant changes to the club's squad going forward as he looks to shape it to his requirements.

Redfearn has succeeded Darko Milanic at the helm of the Yorkshire giants and is aiming to restore the Whites to winning ways; Leeds have now not won for seven matches following their 3-1 loss at Cardiff at the weekend.

The Whites were busy in the summer transfer window, being particularly active in the Italian market, but Redfearn expects further change in the future.

Asked at a press conference if there would be players coming in and out as he reshapes the squad, he replied: "Yes, I would have thought so. That's a natural process.

"It's a really big squad and we don't want to dilute it, we want to make it competitive.

"We want players to compete for places and genuinely feel like they've got a chance", Redfearn continued.

"So I would imagine that some players will come in and some will go out – that's the same as at every football club."

Redfearn's Leeds are next in action tomorrow night when they welcome Charlton to Elland Road for a Championship clash.
