Aston Villa midfielder Tom Cleverley has urged his side not to dwell on their recent results, ahead of their Premier League fixture against West Ham United tomorrow.

After a bright start to the season, the Villains have lost their last six Premier League games, with the latest defeat coming in the form of a 2-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend.

Aston Villa have slithered down the Premier League table due to their poor run of results and presently find themselves 16th in the standings with just 10 points from as many games.

However Cleverley, who wants Aston Villa to look forward, explained that his side are determined to bag the full three points against the Hammers at Upton Park.

"We can't look back now. The only way is forward”, he told the club’s official site.
