Paulinho admits he is concerned about his current situation at Tottenham Hotspur and feels the time may have come to seek an exit from White Hart Lane.

Signed following a superb Confederations Cup in 2013, the Brazilian has slipped out of the first team picture at Tottenham under new boss Mauricio Pochettino this term.

A return to his homeland of Brazil on loan was mooted recently, but Pochettino stamped on the suggestion.

Nevertheless, Paulinho is worried about a drastic cut in his playing time with Spurs, with just one Premier League appearance to his name so far in the current campaign.
