Juan Mata believes Manchester United can take advantage of Arsenal’s attacking style of football next weekend.

The Spaniard has had his run-ins with Arsenal for both Chelsea and Manchester United in recent years and has a mixed record against the Gunners with two wins out of six encounters.

The Red Devils will travel to north London to take on Arsenal this Saturday and Mata cannot wait to get back to action after the international break.

"The week that now comes to an end has been different due to the international break”, the Spaniard wrote on his blog.

“There were no fixtures in the Premier League and that’s why I’m already looking forward to our next match on Saturday.”

Mata admits that Arsenal are going to be tough to beat at home, but said Manchester United have the ability to take advantage of the Gunners’ more open style of football.

“I have good memories of my previous games against Arsenal; obviously they are a tough opponent, but they use [sic] to play very good football and they also leave [sic] you play.

“The Emirates is a great stadium and I hope we have a nice game and bring back three points to keep moving up on the table."

Mata scored the winner against Crystal Palace at Old Trafford last weekend and he will be hoping to get a starting berth against the Gunners as Manchester United look to inflict damage on one of their challengers for next season’s Champions League spots.
