West Ham United defender James Collins has insisted that his side will head into their upcoming clash with Everton on Saturday with “massive confidence.”

The Hammers, who played out a goalless draw with Aston Villa before the international break, are currently fourth in the Premier League table with 18 points from 11 games.

Everton on the other hand have endured a stuttering start to their 2014/15 campaign and presently find themselves 10th in the standings with 14 points.

And Collins explained that he is confident about West Ham coming out with the full three points from Goodison Park if his side maintain their current form.

"Everton away is a massive game. We're going to go into it with massive confidence, we can definitely get a result on Saturday”, he told the club’s official site.

“They haven't been at their best this season and if we continue to play the way we have been, we could definitely get the three points."

The centre-back further added that he is relishing the prospect of playing against Samuel Eto’o and Romelu Lukaku, who have scored seven Premier League goals between them this season.

"It's always nice to test yourself against the best strikers”, he added.

“Eto'o has got a brilliant track record and Lukaku has got great physical strength.

"If we keep them quiet we'll have a good chance of keeping Everton quiet."
