Marouane Fellaini says Manchester United will not start moaning about injuries, accepting them as part and parcel of football.

Red Devils boss Louis van Gaal has been clobbered by repeated injuries to his squad this term and ahead of the Arsenal clash tomorrow has concerns over 12 players.

Van Gaal admitted some of those will be drafted back into action, including goalkeeper David de Gea, even though he would ideally like a week's training with any player who picks up a niggle.

But while Fellaini accepts that Manchester United have suffered disproportionately with injuries this season, he does not see any reason to bemoan the situation.

"We have a lot of injuries, but that's football", Fellaini shrugged to MUTV.

"But we have a lot of young players in the reserves as well.

"The manager gives a chance to them and that's good for the club and good for the young lads", the Belgian concluded.

Fellaini also declared himself fit and ready for tomorrow's game against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

"I'm fit and I don't have any injury at the moment so I'm happy.

"I know my team-mates. I know the club. Everything is good. I know I can do better but I am happy at the moment. I'm doing well but I will be better in time."
