Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has named his side to take on West Brom at Stamford Bridge this afternoon.
The Blues are aiming to extend their lead over Southampton at the top of the Premier League table and Mourinho has picked a strong team to do the job.
Mourinho names a now fully fit Diego Costa to lead the line, ably supported by Eden Hazardm Willian and Oscar. The Chelsea boss is also able to call upon Cesc Fabregas, who had been an injury doubt.
