Louis van Gaal says that Luke Shaw has suffered the same injury today against Arsenal as he had before the match.
Shaw had to be replaced just 16 minutes into Manchester United's impressive 2-1 win over Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium, with Ashley Young replacing him.
Van Gaal has now confirmed that Shaw has a problem with his ankle, saying it is the same issue he had before the match and dubbing the club's current injury problems "unbelievable".
"Luke Shaw has an ankle problem. It is not the same injury as what he had in advance of the game. We have to wait and see", he told the BBC.
"It is unbelievable the injuries we have had."

Van Gaal also saluted the victory, with it being the first away game Manchester United have won since he took charge.
"It is the first away victory and the players are very excited but it is just one victory", he said.
"We have to confirm that with further victories and then we can say we have the spirit and can start looking upstairs and not downstairs."
