Celtic midfielder Callum McGregor has praised John Guidetti's impact at Celtic Park and believes the Swede has "everything in his locker".

Guidetti scored Celtic's winner in their 2-1 weekend victory over Dundee in a Scottish Premiership match, while his total figures with the Bhoys during his season-long loan stand at ten goals in eleven games so far.




Celtic are keen to keep Guidetti on a permanent basis, but face competition from French giants Marseille.

 


McGregor would be delighted were Guidetti to stay, rating the Swede highly. In fact, for the midfielder, Guidetti is a complete striker.

"John’s definitely a character and he’s performing well. He has scored a lot of good goals and he’s great at free-kicks", he told his club's site.

"He has everything in his locker and it’s great to play alongside him. He’s a nice lad as well – and super confident, right enough!

"We have a good laugh in the changing-room and there is always good banter going on."
