Liverpool legend Jamie Carragher has blasted his former club after they slipped to a 3-1 defeat at Crystal Palace today, slamming the Reds for having no leaders in the side.

Brendan Rodgers' men took the lead early in the game, Rickie Lambert bagging after just two minutes at Selhurst Park.

However, Crystal Palace hit back, pace really troubling the Liverpool defence, and Dwight Gayle putting Palace level in the 17th minute.

Palace continued pushing and eventually took the lead through Joe Ledley in the 78th minute.

Mile Jedinak then added a third for Palace just three minutes later, ending Liverpool's hopes of getting back into the game.

And Liverpool did have no reply, going down to their fourth defeat in a row and piling pressure on Rodgers.

Carragher is concerned and told Sky Sports "there's something wrong", before going on to suggest Liverpool simply have no fight and no leaders.

"Look at the team, there's no men in the team organising", he insisted.

"The way Liverpool are playing at the moment there's no confidence, so you have to grind through.

"Liverpool very rarely, if ever over the last few years, play badly and win.

"And when they play badly they just get rolled over", Carragher added.
