Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini has revealed that he wants to manage Arsenal in the future.

Mancini rejoined Inter to replace Walter Mazzarri, who was sacked after a series of poor results, amidst much fanfare and hype earlier this month.

The Italian has been given the task of leading the Nerazzurri back into the Champions League and he started out with a 1-1 draw in the Milan derby on Sunday.

Mancini is still fondly remembered by the Manchester City fans for ushering in an era of success at the club after decades of failures.

He ended their 35-year wait for a trophy with an FA Cup triumph in 2011 and led the club to their first league title win in 54 years in the 2011/12 season.

The Italian admits that if given a choice between the Premier League and Serie A he would choose the former and said that he would like to manage Arsenal in the future if he is ever presented with the opportunity.

“Ten years ago I would have chosen Serie A but now I would have to say the Premier League”, Mancini told Corriere dello Sport.

“I would like to coach Arsenal, they are charming.”
