Inter coach Roberto Mancini has insisted that Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli has the talent to win the FIFA Ballon d’Or in the future.
The Inter boss is a big fan of the mercurial Italian forward and has managed him previously at the Nerazzurri and Manchester City.
Though he played a key role in Balotelli’s exit from Manchester City in January 2013 to AC Milan, Mancini remains a huge admirer of the striker.
Balotelli has failed to stamp his authority on England since joining Liverpool in the summer and with only two goals this season, he has come under severe criticism for his performances.
But the Inter boss remains a strong believer in Balotelli’s abilities and said that the Italian international has enough talent to win the Ballon d’Or in the future.

“I am not ready to give up on Balotelli”, Mancini told Corriere dello Sport.
“I know he has the potential to win the Ballon d’Or.”
