Wesley Sneijder has played down talk that he is looking to leave Turkish giants Galatasaray in January.

The Dutchman was dropped to the bench for Galatasaray's recent 3-0 defeat to Trabzonspor and his agent instantly insisted he would be meeting the club's board to discuss his client's situation.

There have also been issues surrounding the late payment of wages to the Dutchman, who has continued to be linked with Manchester United as a result.

But Sneijder insists he is not worried about having been benched against the Black Sea Storm and is not actively looking to quit the Turk Telekom Arena.

He told Zoomin: "This season I've played almost every time, apart from two matches. And by the beginning of January we will have played 30 games.
