Inter Milan defender Juan Jesus has insisted that it is an honour for him to be managed by Roberto Mancini, who he believes is a great manager with a great reputation.

The former Manchester City boss is still new at the San Siro, with his players still coming to terms with new tactics and a formation change implemented by Mancini.




"We're trying to get to grips with the new system quickly so that it all comes more naturally to us", Jesus told his club's official site.

 


Speaking about his impression of the 49-year-old, Jesus added that it is an honour for him to be managed by such an esteemed manager.

"He's a great coach and he was a great player too. It's an honour for me, I can learn lots from him."

As far his role with the club is concerned, Jesus added that he will do as much as he is asked to by the manager. He also talked about his desire to play in every single match for the Nerazzurri.

"I'm here to do my bit for the team and if the gaffer wants me to I'll be happy to play every game. My physique enables me to recover quickly."
