Leeds United midfielder Tommaso Bianchi admits he would love to get further up the pitch and score goals, but finds it tough with Alex Mowatt and Adryan operating as attack-minded midfielders.

Bianchi, who joined Leeds in the summer, has been praised as an unsung hero by manager Neil Redfearn as he takes care of the dirty jobs in the middle of the park.

The Italian would like to make an impact further up the pitch, but has had little opportunity to do so.

Bianchi told the BBC: "I want to score a goal, but it's difficult with two strikers, Adryan as a no 10 and Mowatt often as an offensive midfielder.

"I help in other positions like running to double up with the full-backs. I do my work for the team", he added.

The Italian also believes the level of the Championship is far superior to Serie B, which means all the teams can beat each other.

"I think the level is higher here. It's very physical with more great players.

"In Italy there are three or four teams at the same level. Here all the times are at that level. It's very difficult."
