Lazio defender Michael Ciani is interesting Championship side Cardiff City, who may move to sign him in January, according to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato.
The French international joined the Italian outfit in 2012 and has spent the last two seasons and the first part of this season with the Biancocelesti.
During his stay in Italy, the 30-year-old has managed a total of 67 appearances for Stefano Pioli's side having scored two goals. He has also provided his team-mates with a lone assist.
Negotiations between the Wales-based side and Lazio could soon take off with the player having every chance of leaving his old club and joining the Bluebirds in January.

Having started his career as a youngster at Racing Paris, Ciani moved through the pyramid of French football to join Lorient in 2006 and then Bordeaux in 2009.
During his three-year stay at Bordeaux, Ciani managed 91 league appearances for the Ligue 1 side, scoring six goals.
He made his international debut for France in 2010, but has failed to add to that since then.
