Leeds United boss Neil Redfearn insists the club will be able to do business in the January transfer window despite being under a Football League transfer embargo.

The Whites, along with Blackburn Rovers and Nottingham Forest, have had their transfer capabilities severely restricted due to breaching Football League rules.

But Redfearn, who says he has been speaking to club owner Massimo Cellino, is still optimistic about business being done.

"We've still got the facility to bring some signings in", he told a press conference.

Redfearn will be joined on the Leeds bench this coming weekend by his new assistant boss Steve Thompson.
