Glen Johnson's agent has flown to Rome to meet with Roma officials ahead of his client's potential switch to the Serie A side.
Johnson is out of contract at Liverpool at the end of the season and there has been no progress made on a contract renewal.
Roma are sniffing around the England international, even though coach Rudi Garcia is understood not to yet be completely sold on signing the right-back.
Now, according to Italian outlet Tutto Mercato, Johnson's agent has flown to Rome for talks with the Giallorossi.
