Former Manchester United manager David Moyes admits he is keen to end Real Sociedad's poor record away from home today.

The Basque outfit have not won away from home since 7th August, against Aberdeen in the Europa League, while in La Liga their last win came on 26th April at Real Betis, and Moyes feels their form must improve quickly.

So far Moyes has bossed La Real in six games, with a record of three draws, two wins and one defeat.

Real Sociedad are 14th in La Liga with 14 points and travel to Levante today.

"We've gone seven months without winning away from home and that has to change", Moyes explained at a press conference.

"Levante are a strong team so we need to match them in physical presence and attitude. We can cause them problems with our brand of football. We need to be tougher mentally and compete better than them", he added.

And Moyes does believe that Real Sociedad are taking steps forward under his leadership.

"We are progressing, the players are improving and in Valencia we need to make that count."
