Sevilla are interested in making a move for on-loan Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao next summer.

The Colombian superstar arrived at Old Trafford from Monaco on a season-long loan deal on transfer deadline day, with Manchester United having the option to make the move permanent at the end of the campaign.

Falcao arrived in England with a big reputation, but niggling injury concerns have not allowed the striker to make a big impact on the Premier League.

Louis van Gaal was all praise for the striker after he scored only his second goal for the club last weekend and injuries permitting, Falcao is expected to get a consistent run of games in the next few weeks.

With Manchester United still undecided whether they want to make the Colombian’s stay at Old Trafford permanent next summer, Sevilla are already lining up a move for Falcao.

According to Spanish news outlet Fichajes, the Andalusian club are looking to make a permanent move for the striker at the end of the season, but are also aware of their financial limitations.

Sevilla are keen to land a big name forward such as Falcao, but the deal must also make financial sense for the Spanish outfit.

It remains to be seen whether Falcao makes enough of an impact for Manchester United to sign him on a permanent contract next summer.
