Former Chelsea striker Demba Ba has been left fuming after being left out of Senegal's squad for the African Cup of Nations.

Boss Alain Giresse overlooked Ba in favour of striking options Diafra Sakho, Henri Saivet and Sadio Mane, something which has left the Besiktas striker dismayed.

Ba, speaking about Giresse via his Twitter account, wrote: "I can't wait to hear his excuses and destroy them one by one #CAN2015 #senegal."

Ba joined Turkish giants Besiktas from Chelsea over the summer and has been in fine form for the Istanbul side.
