Bordeaux coach Willy Sagnol has confirmed that he hopes to quickly finalise the arrival of Yaya Sanogo from Arsenal.

Sagnol wants to add Sanogo to his attacking options, while Arsenal want the young striker to enjoy regular first team football over the second half of the campaign.

According to local French daily Sud Ouest, Sagnol has confirmed he is hoping to complete the capture of Sanogo soon.

The former Auxerre hitman is slated to arrive at the Ligue 1 club on loan for the remainder of the campaign.
