Paris Saint-Germain coach Laurent Blanc does not want to lose midfielder Adrien Rabiot to Tottenham Hotspur this month.

Rabiot wants to join Mauricio Pochettino's Spurs side for the remainder of the campaign on loan, as he searches for regular first team football.

The midfielder is trying to push through the loan switch, which he believes is guaranteed through a 'moral' clause in his contract.

But according to Le Parisien, Blanc does not want to lose Rabiot this month and is keen for PSG to block his departure.

Blanc is keen for the midfielder to see out the current season in the French capital, especially as financial fair play rules would hinder the signing of a replacement if he only leaves on loan.

Rabiot signed a new contract with PSG earlier this season, running until 2019.
