Moussa Sissoko's agent admits that his client is "listening" for offers which come his way, but is staying focused on current club Newcastle United for now.

The former Toulouse midfielder has been strongly linked with Paris Saint-Germain, although the French club's coach Laurent Blanc ruled out a move for Sissoko yesterday.

Nevertheless, there are thought to be several other sides keeping track of the player's situation at St. James' Park.

"Moussa signed for six-and-a-half years at Newcastle. He still has four years left on his contract", agent Bakari Sanogo told Foot Mercato.

"We are listening. But he is focused on his club and the league.

"The most important thing is that he produces good performances and has a good year from a sporting perspective.

"Everything else comes after that."

Sanogo also admitted that "five or six clubs" are interested in his client, a group that includes sides from Ligue 1.

However, no bids have been made for the 25-year-old yet and Newcastle are thought to want a minimum of €20m to consent to his departure this month.
