Paris Saint-German boss Laurent Blanc has hinted towards a move for Manchester United winger Adnan Januzaj this month by revealing any new signing must be able to play in the Champions League.

PSG have a long-standing interest in the Belgian starlet and have been tracking developments at Old Trafford this season as they look for a left winger.

Though Januzaj has been on the fringes of the Manchester United squad this season, Louis van Gaal has asserted that the winger is not leaving the club this month.

PSG have been linked with a move for a number of players in the winter transfer window, but Blanc said that the player must be available to play in the Champions League and should be within the club’s financial reach, boxes a loan move for Januzaj would tick.

“PSG have very high requirements”, the Frenchman said in a press conference.

“Among the criteria, the player must be available for the Champions League and must be within out financial constraints.

“It is not easy to find a player who fits everything.”

Manchester United are not competing in Europe this season and PSG are planning to bring the Belgian to France on a loan deal until the summer.
