Daley Sinkgraven has revealed he is not minded to quit Heerenveen this month, despite the list of clubs coveting him growing, even if he is leaving the door slightly ajar.

Heerenveen's midfield starlet has already been linked with Dutch champions Ajax, along with English giants Manchester United and Liverpool.

Earlier today Chelsea's chief scout in the Netherlands conceded that the Blues are monitoring Sinkgraven too.

The 19-year-old knows he is in demand, but at present feels the best course of action would be to complete the season at Heerenveen, sure to be music to his club's ears.

"What do I want for myself? To keep playing for Heerenveen for six months. That certainly wouldn't be bad", he was quoted as saying by Voetbal Primeur.

However, the young midfielder will not close the door completely and admits that he may have to carefully consider his position if the vultures launch a raid.

"On the other hand, you also have to weigh things up. I have to do that. Look at the club, the players, how it is here.

"Can I improve here and do I believe that?"
