Lyon are preparing to offer an improve contract to French schemer Nabil Fekir to keep him away from the clutches of clubs such as Arsenal and Manchester City.

A product of Lyon’s youth academy, the young Frenchman has been in impressive form for the club this season, scoring ten goals and providing seven assists in all competitions.




His performances at the Stade Gerland have attracted attention from clubs across Europe, especially from England.

Arsenal and Manchester City have been keeping a close eye on the attacking midfielder this season and they are plotting a move for the player in the near future.
 


Lyon are aware of the interest surrounding the young Fekir and according to French daily L’Equipe, they are preparing to offer him a new contract to ward away his suitors.
