Leeds United have officially confirmed the signing of midfielder Granddi N'Goyi on loan from Italian outfit Palermo.

The deal for the midfielder was completed over the weekend – and now Leeds have officially confirmed that N'Goyi has joined the ranks at Elland Road to bolster head coach Neil Redfearn's options.




He follows another Palermo player in joining Leeds on loan, in the shape of centre-back Sol Bamba, who linked up with the Whites just days ago.

 


The Championship outfit announced via their official site: "Leeds United can confirm the signing of midfielder Granddi N'Goyi on loan from Palermo for the remainder of the season."

Leeds, who have stressed the move is subject to Football League approval, with the club currently under a Football League transfer embargo, with have the right to sign N'Goyi on a permanent basis should he impress at Elland Road.

The 26-year-old is a product of Paris Saint-Germain's youth academy, but spent time out on loan with Clermont, Brest and Nantes after struggling to break through at the Parc des Princes.

He joined Italian side Palermo in 2013.
